By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
WhiteGlove Cleaning Solutions provides professional cleaning and facility management services, including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Industrial and specialized cleaning
- Eco-friendly and disinfecting services
All services are provided according to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Service Requests
- All service requests are subject to availability.
- Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Any changes to property size, condition, or service scope may result in price adjustments.
- Bookings are confirmed once the client receives confirmation from WhiteGlove via email, phone, or written communication.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Payment may be required before, during, or immediately after service completion, depending on the service type.
- Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or cancellation.
WhiteGlove reserves the right to revise pricing at any time, with notice provided where applicable.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- WhiteGlove reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, emergencies, or staff availability.
5. Access to Property
- Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property during the scheduled service time.
- WhiteGlove is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or restricted entry.
- Pets must be secured, and fragile or valuable items should be stored safely before service.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
- Notify WhiteGlove of any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions
- Remove personal valuables from cleaning areas
- Ensure the property is safe for cleaning staff
WhiteGlove reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or information provided is inaccurate.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided:
- Please notify WhiteGlove within 24 hours of service completion
- We will review the concern and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean or corrective action
Refunds or service adjustments are provided at WhiteGlove’s discretion.
8. Damage & Liability
- WhiteGlove takes reasonable care while performing services.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- WhiteGlove is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to faulty or unstable items
- Items not properly secured by the client
Liability, where applicable, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Health & Safety
- WhiteGlove follows industry-standard health and safety practices.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions pose a risk to staff or occupants.
- Clients must inform us of any hazardous materials, biohazards, or restricted areas before service.
10. Use of Eco-Friendly Products
WhiteGlove uses eco-friendly and professional-grade cleaning products whenever possible. Clients may request alternative products, subject to availability and suitability.
11. Website Use
- Website content is for informational purposes only.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of website content is prohibited.
- WhiteGlove is not responsible for website downtime, errors, or third-party links.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
13. Force Majeure
WhiteGlove is not liable for delays or service failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or emergencies.
14. Termination of Services
WhiteGlove reserves the right to terminate or suspend services:
- For non-payment
- For violation of these Terms & Conditions
- For unsafe or inappropriate behavior toward staff
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
